Main Translation
| Translation |
The freedwoman (?) Valeria Crene, lies here at the age of forty, beloved by her family. Cruel fate, what is there that ... snatched away, buried in a foreign land ... She spent twenty-six years with us, pure, devoted, she alone ... an example ... Though you lie beneath this stone ... hold you in our heart ... You who hasten through, passing by ... I beg you, say this: "Crene, may the earth be light upon you". |

Other Translations
