Main Translation

Translation Thetis, also known as Burgaena, twenty-six years old, immensely beloved wife of Italicus, slave of the imperial freedman Coriscus; and Perinthio, their son, twelve years old. They both lie here.

If Destiny had managed to overcome his underworld spirits, I should have put this up for my father.

Italicus put this up while still alive, for himself and his loved ones.
Citation Fabio Spalla
