Τῷ σωτῆρι Ἀσκληπιῷ σῶστρα καὶ χαριστήρια Νικομήδης ὁ ἰατρός. τὰν παιδὸς καλλίσταν εἰκῶ τάνδε θεοῖο Παιᾶνος κούρου ματρὸς ἀπ’ ἀρτιτόκου δαιδάλλων Μερόπεσσιν ἐμήσαο, σεῖο, Βόηθε εὐπαλάμου σοφίης μνᾶμα καὶ ἐσσομένοις· θῆκε δ’ ὁμοῦ νούσων τε κακῶν ζωάγρια Νικο μήδης καὶ χειρῶν δεῖγμα παλαιγενέων.
Τῷ βασιλεῖ Ἀσκληπιῷ σῶστρα καὶ χαριστή ρια Νικομήδης Σμυρναῖος ἰατρός. οἷον ἐμαιώσαντο νέον τόκον Εἰλείθυιαι ἐκ Φλεγύου κούρης Φοίβῳ ἀκειρεκόμῃ τοῖόν τοι Παιὰν Ἀσκληπιέ, σεῖο Βόηθος χειρὸς ἄγαλμ’ ἀγαθῆς τεῦξεν ἑαῖς πραπίσιν· νηῷ δ’ ἐν τῷδε ζωάγρια θῆκεν ὁράσθαι πολλάκι σαῖς βουλαῖς νοῦσον ἀλευάμενος, σὸς θεράπων, εὐχῆς ὀλίγην δόσιν, οἷα θεοίσιν ἄνδρες ἐφημέριοι τῶνδε φέρουσι χάριν.
